" Southern Housing Group are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer who will join an exciting and dynamic team, within a growing and forward thinking organisation. Working within the Property Maintenance & Investment Team the Resident Liaison Officer (Cyclical) will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and information during planned works programmes, refurbishments and maintenance projects across the Group. Job Description Based from our Maidstone office, this Resident Liaison Officer (Cyclical) will cover planned and new works across the Group. You will liaise with residents and contractors to ensure residents have a voice and their needs are met.
