Apply and come join our team! HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING : A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the corporate IT function for a Technical Specialist - Networking. The role will report to the Corporate IT Infrastructure Leadership and the main purpose will be to provide infrastructure delivery services to the Kellogg European business. Roles and Responsibilities Delivery of IT network infrastructure projects (including data and voice), ensuring they are documented and aligned with Global IT standards. Maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers of IT equipment and services to provide a cost effective and stable technology environment to Kellogg Europe. Transitioning of IT network infrastructure projects into sustainment. Provide 3rd line technical support for Kellogg's European network environments (where necessary). YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS At Kellogg, we emphasise on recruiting the best people to help grow our business and build on our successes. To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following: "Hands-on" experience gained with network installation and upgrade projects Data networking experience including routing and switching, and configuring QoS. Managing installation and support on WLAN/LAN/WAN infrastructure, including SD-WAN technology, SIP trunking, WAAS and Firewalls. Working Knowledge of Cisco switches, routers and management tools (e.g. Cisco Prime). Cisco Call Manager experience would be an advantage but not essential. Working knowledge of HP Aruba networking Working knowledge of Skype implementation and development Professional, positive and decisive in approach. Be prepared for international travel and hold a valid UK driving license. Be prepared to work unsociable hours (i.e. evenings, potentially weekends) Experience of WAN & LAN IP protocols Sonus SBC Gateways Wireless networking Firewalls IP Routing including Cisco IWAN and/or SD-WAN (i.e. Silverpeak) Cisco / Aruba Networking Technology refreshes in Manufacturing locations OUR GROWTH COMPETE NCIES The Growth Competencies are a set of skills and behaviours necessary to drive success for Kellogg and for our employees.
