Responsibilities of a Network Automation Engineer: * Interact with multiple stakeholders across different teams regarding the automation solution development (e.g. identifying user stories, use cases, workflows, etc.) * Development of the automation solution (network, server, application) for THG Hosting * Testing the automation solution and managing deployment in every production network environment. * Preparing the documentation and training of colleagues on the created solution. * Continuing support and development the created solution over the system lifecycle (bug fixing, improvements, new features) * Support the THG Hosting Network team with the ongoing projects in the network development and/or troubleshooting in case of severe outages Requirements * Experience in software development with Python (preferably in the area of the REST API, network device management with CLI, SNMP, NETCONF, gRPC) and version control systems such as Git. * Understanding of the micro-services architecture and ability to develop the solution within this framework * Experience with the development of the automation solutions in Ansible (network management, server management, application management) * Solid knowledge of the network technologies (BGP, IP/MPLS VPN, EVPN/VXLAN) * Hands-on experience in the configuration of the network devices from Juniper and Cumulus Linux * Experience of the Linux management * Experience of Docker container management * Make-it-happen attitude and the ownership approach for all tasks Benefits * Competitive salary and bonuses * Freedom to use the latest technologies * Opportunity to make a real impact to the business * Staff benefits & discounts * Youll have the opportunity to solve complex business/technical problems
