Job Description
Job Introduction A great opportunity for an experienced security professional with some experience in cleaning services supervision to join our team in Mostyn. You should have a proven track record in security services, excellent customer service and communication skills. Role Responsibility * Manage the security team shift rota and assist with drafting the rotas along with the cleaning team * Organise and oversee the day-to-day work of the Security Officers & Cleaning Team * Induct new starters * Ensure that goods in / out operate in the most effective manner * Monitor and review Incident Reports completed by the Security Officers * Responsibility for Initial Response Emergency Contact call covers if required * Provide a first point of call for visitors and contractors to the site and issue visitor/contractor badges and log visitors/contractors entering and leaving the main buildings * Prepare written reports on all incidents including noise, intrusions, misdemeanours and vandalism * Respond to emergencies and take appropriate action * Monitor CCTV and take appropriate action as required, control and monitor issue of keys to staff and contractors and key codes if necessary * Communicate with Staff, Visitors and Contractors regarding enquiries, incidents and emergencies * Ensure that checks on fire exits, fire doors and fire appliances have been completed * Adhere to and promote Health & Safety policies and procedures. The Ideal Candidate Essential * SIA Licence holder * Have a sound knowledge of and a proven track record in Security Services * Fully understands the Site and local Emergency procedures. * Understanding of the computer systems in operation within the security section. * Understanding of the CCTV system in operation. * Understanding of all alarm systems. * Excellent customer service manner * Great organisational and communication skills * Experience planning and organising labour Desirable * Working Knowledge of BS7858:2013 * Computer Skills * CCTV Licence * First Aid * Fire Warden * Previous cleaning experience About the Company In the UK and Ireland, Sodexo employs some 35,000 employees to deliver integrated facilities management services to clients at over 2,000 locations in the corporate, healthcare, education, leisure, defence and justice sectors.
