Job Description
Account Manager for PFI Hospital - Hard FM. Kent. Managing the Hard FM aspect of a PFI Hospital, you will lead a workforce of around 55 Engineering and support staff on this challenging but harmonious contract that has 17 years left to run. You will have a solid understanding of Hard Services compliance and PFI contractual knowledge, preferably with an NHS environment, although applicants from other PFI sectors would be considered. This contract will involve strong relationship management across multiple stakeholders, so previous experience of managing a complex contract is essential and you must have had previous responsibility for managing a contract of over £5m a year. Salary to £70k + 15% bonus, car/allowance. private medical.
