Paxos was founded in 2012 as the first institutional and regulated crypto-exchange, our founding team quickly realized there was an opportunity to establish ourselves as the trusted leader in digital assets. By creating regulated digital assets like our USD-backed stablecoin PAX, we're giving customers the chance to process their financial transactions in safer, faster and more cost-effective ways. We're also building solutions for some of the world's best-known financial institutions to settle day-to-day transactions faster, cheaper and with the most modern technology. Our Sales Team sits at the core of our business, ensuring that we're driving revenue, partnering with new customers, and not just building but continually growing strong and trustworthy relationships with those customers. We are planning for a period of rapid growth across our business and are looking to add a Head of Growth, Commodities to our London office. Reporting to our Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Growth for Commodities will be primarily responsible for driving revenue and customer success. This person will manage the team, help recruit new team members, and will add valuable strategic insight to our existing sales and customer support processes. This is a Player/Coach position, and you will spend some of your time working directly with the team to identify bad behavior and high risk activity across all Paxos sales cycles and customer relationships. What you will do: * Generate sales partnerships and acquire new customers * Lead partnership development from initiating conversations to structuring, negotiating and ultimately signing a deal * Build and manage a global sales team, relationship management team, and customer service/success team * Own all aspects of customer success - up-selling, relationship management * Get customers to agree to participate in product discovery (projects, experimentation) * Own internal revenue forecasting, sales funnel reporting, and customer success KPIs for the commodities business line. * Be a public-facing figure for Paxos Post-Trade in the industry--speak at events, comfortable with media * Responsible for working with marketing to produce sales collateral and sales enablement The work that you do will have a huge impact on Paxos' goals and bottom line. What you need to have: * A minimum of 10 years experience in sales * 3-4 years of people management experience: you've grown and developed global sales teams * Experience bringing new products to market, opening product lines, and driving sales enablement * Experience building out CRM processes * Experience designing and implementing contract negotiations and deal structuring * Experience growing customer base and up-selling/cross selling existing accounts Other than these qualifications, we're hoping to bring someone on board who loves what they do and can't wait to join an amazing team.
