Job Description
Are you a registered staff nurse looking for a supported opportunity to develop a career in the community? This role within District Nursing could be your stepping stone to pursue a job in the area of your choice. With the comprehensive induction, training and highly recognised leadership development programme this role will be the ideal platform for your launch into an autonomous role in community nursing. In Blackpool we are proud to be a leader in integrated working which will offer you the chance to work with District nurses and other health and social care professionals within a highly skilled multidisciplinary neighbourhood team. You will be supported by a buddy to develop the skills to undertake holistic assessments and care provision to patients in their own homes and clinic settings.
