The Role You will lead key developments for our exciting, innovative and disruptive Core Analytics platform. Our platform is an industry leading solution for IP innovation intelligence. Youll report to the Senior Product Director in London and work closely with both the Analytics and product teams based in London. Youll also work closely with the Global Head of Product and with our founder CEO. Analytics is our most established product having been in the market for over ten years and your role will be to continue to drive it forward, disrupting the IP solutions market for R&D. Our Product Managers are at the heart of everything we do at Patsnap. Having a growth mindset is key, youll have to learn fast and move quickly across the wide array of industries our customers operate in. Requirements * 3 + years experience as a Senior Product Manager, with a solid track record of playing a key role in shaping and creating the strategic roadmap of innovative product sets * Experience or familiarity in the Intellectual Property space, R&D or innovation (beneficial) * Commercially focused and adept at working with global sales teams * Excellent at working with customers to understand their needs and communicate our vision and strategy for the Analytics platform * Experience working for a startup (bonus) * Comfortable working with engineering teams on a technical level our Analytics platform is large and complex * Experience as a software engineer (beneficial) * Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills What youll be doing * Defining strategy for the product and working with stakeholders across the business to get buy-in and prioritization * Maintaining the product roadmap, considering the needs and feedback from customers, sales, product marketing, engineering and key stakeholders * Responsible for helping to drive revenue against targets, working with the sales organization to ensure they are well supported by the product team * Mentor and lead other product team members * Youll be a key person in building up the London team and developing talent * Researching customers needs to better understand what we need to further develop * Become the recognized subject matter expert on our Analytics product Benefits * Private healthcare with Vitality * Private pension * Various gym discounts (including 50% of Virgin) * Cycle to Work scheme * Eyecare voucher scheme * 25 days annual leave allowance (increases to 30 days) * Regular company & team socials * Christmas and summer parties * Pool tables, ping pong & PlayStation in our breakout area * Complimentary fresh fruit and coffee PatSnap are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
