Career development opportunity for experienced Qualified Clinician (OT/Physio/Nurse), minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. You will be part of the ICELS Management Team helping to influence change, further develop the service targets and objectives, to achieve new ways of working and cost efficiencies. Additionally, you will be advising service prescribers, providing guidance, training and support. You must be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and able to work flexibly at multiple locations across the Partnership supporting clients, prescribers and providers. Confident with dealing with challenging situations and negotiating positive outcomes is also required. You will be experienced in the use of standard IT office systems, i.e.; spreadsheets and webelms, and will need to report management information, review team targets, and work to improve outcomes and team practices. Primarily based in Arnold, Senior Practitioner for the Equipment Review Team, responsible for overseeing team's daily running; carry out complex equipment reviews in clients homes/Care Homes across the Partnership; making decisions on equipment solutions and returns; provide oversight, support and supervision to the multi-disciplinary Review Team staff.
