In family law the average Lawyer works from one fixed office, 5 days per week 9-5. Much of their time is taken up by working on a range of family law cases, but , a lot of time is taken up dealing with irrelevant enquiries, chasing bills and doing admin. Your family law expertise will enable us to consistently provide the best divorce and childcare service to our clients. But you wont be alone. With the largest team of Lawyers in the country, we share information, we have specialists in niche areas (think about teams in forensic accountancy or sharia, international or surrogacy law) and youll always be supported. The family law space has languished, and we want to bring client-centric innovation and the best technologies and approaches modern-day marketing has to offer to supercharge our growth and the quality of service we deliver to our clients. Where do I fit in? Im glad you asked. Youll join our Nottingham team due to an internal move, were looking for a Senior Solicitor to join our close-knit team at St Nicholas Court. Reporting into Sushma, our Managing Partner, youll be pivotal in driving the success and growth of the office. This will involve meeting and converting new clients, leading a mix of quality cases across divorce, financial remedy and networking to aid business development from head office (where we have a team of 10 specialists from PPC to SEO solely driving new enquiries to our offices). Were offering a salary of 45,000-65,000 depending on experience, as well as in-house training and development, freedom, flexibility and work-life balance.
