Job Summary Genesis Program Manager - Transformative Initiatives. Role will be based in London and is expected to directly report to the SMT in London. The candidate will be responsible for leading stability and other key transformative initiatives towards improving end to end data quality and stability related process improvements. A highly motivated and delivery orientated individual, strong in problem solving, critical thinking, possessing business analytical and program / project management skills working in a very agile environment. The candidate must have the ability to lead and influence geographically diverse teams and have a proven track record of successful deliveries within transformative programs, fostering productive and collaborative relationships. Good understanding of system topologies, data flows across multiple interfaces and complex data relationships will be an advantage. The candidate will lead a team of business and support analysts coordinating across various cross functional business and technology teams supporting enterprise technology solutions. He/ She will require excellent communication skills and ability to work with and report to senior management. The candidate will be responsible for leading, empowering and managing distributed teams, driving innovative solutions for a global platform supporting global functions of compliance, risk and finance. Duties & Responsibilities + Work closely with development teams, vendors, key stakeholders in support and data services and varied technology teams to improve end to end stability and data quality. + Contribute towards the development and maintenance of innovative, resilient cross platform solutions in an agile environment. + Understand and analyse underlying product processes, interfaces, complex data relationships and problems, work with the business and operational areas to identify solutions for meeting regulatory commitments + Utilize enterprise tools for governance, support and reporting activities + Manage senior stakeholder expectations around program/ project deliveries + Collaborate with global, multi-functional and geographically diverse teams + Build and maintain very strong relationships with internal and external teams + Demonstrate ability to lead, negotiate and drive change + Support Audit and Regulatory reporting + Provide innovative solutions to drive enterprise strategies and MWB + Participate in steering committee meetings and strategy discussions with senior managers and business stakeholders + Closely manage risk and issues, providing regular reporting and metrics + Apply critical thinking towards resolving complex issues Qualifications and Desired Skills: + 15+ years' experience in financial industry, preferably in an investment bank or a large financial institution, with a strong business knowledge in Markets, Investor services, Financial Risk + Business analysis of complex and transformational initiatives, involving multiple and senior stakeholders. + Successful track record in implementing cross functional global technology projects across distributed locations + Proven leadership in managing virtual teams + Track record in driving change / process improvements + Strong delivery and service oriented + Effective risk management of project deliveries Very good analytical and problem solving skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven stakeholder management + Experience of managing multiple vendors + Strong knowledge of Software Engineering processes and different project lifecycle methodologies - Agile, Waterfall + Good understanding of distributed technology platforms + Project / program management skills will be advantageous + Experience in managing project financials + Technical skills in Unix, SQL, Java, ETL will be beneficial + Proficiency in MS Office Education and core competencies + A good academic background, with at least an under-graduate degree, preferably in a Technical or Business related subject. + Ability to take initiatives, resilient and calm under pressure. + Highly motivated, resourceful and client focussed. + Ability to discuss issues and resolve in a professional manner + Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with different teams + Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership + Ability to adapt to different environments and demands ----- Grade :All Job Level - All Job FunctionsAll Job Level - All Job Functions - GB ----- Time Type : ----- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
