Citi enables clients to achieve their strategic financial objectives by providing them with cutting-edge ideas, best-in-class products and solutions, and unparalleled access to capital and liquidity. **Role overview:** The Senior Executive Search and Intelligence Partner (SVP) is a senior level position responsible for providing end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process working in coordination with relevant business area leaders and applicable Human Resources teams. Aligned to Citi's Institutional Client Group the senior Search Partner will be responsible for delivering the most senior and business critical executive search priorities for Markets and Securities Services. The Senior recruiter will be tasked with maintaining relationships with product and business heads to formulate and execute executive search priorities, in addition to providing talent and market insights to the business through the delivery of research and market mapping. **Responsibilities:** + Develop detailed recruiting strategy to meet business needs for talent acquisition - ensuring Citi attracts and hires the best talent to support our business + Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) specifically with extensive knowledge and networks across Markets and Securities Services- Equities or Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities (FICC) + Serve as a point of contact with senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) including Compensation and Benefits + Manage sensitive and confidential matters, resolve complex issues via influence, and work directly with business heads to fill senior level roles + Engage global candidates, maintain knowledge of issues relating to international relocation and expatriate process, and lead mobility efforts across regions + Work with Diversity teams to promote attraction strategies + Utilize professional and social media to build upon established networks. + Actively head hunt executive talent, nurturing long term relationships + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Experience :** + Extensive relevant industry experience, partnering at the most senior level within the bank. + knowledge of compensation structures + Demonstrated ability to craft complex offers + Ability to consistently identify and attract passive candidates + A clear demonstrated appreciation of the competitor landscape, communicating market developments back to the business to inform decision making + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication + Coaching and development of members of the team **Education:** + Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience + Master's degree preferred **What we Offer** As well as a competitive salary and consideration for a yearly discretionary bonus Citi offer; + 23 days paid annual leave + Award winning pension scheme, + Life assurance and + Private medical insurance with Bupa healthcare.
