Searching for an opportunity that offers the progression to a Manager? We are assisting an Industrial & Commercial staff supplier in East Anglia. As part of their growth plans, they are searching for a motivated individual to implement a Construction division. With no restrictions on this side of the business to supply any client or candidate across the UK. This is a great starting point for someone with experience in Construction Recruitment who hasn't got a clear path of progression with their current employer. To do this, they are offering you a basic salary of £30,000 per annum plus a company car or car allowance and business mobile. On top of this, is there commission structure which, as standard is 15% on your first GP billings generate and increasing on a tiered basis.
