If you have a strong background in recruitment and consider yourself a people motivator, we want to hear from you About the role The role requires you to report to the Operations Manager, implementing Adecco business plans at branch level. Your tasks will include the following: Identifying opportunities within the local recruitment market to minimise risks and maximise effectiveness; Engaging & developing a team of consultants to their full potential Interpreting and implementing business strategy into clear, stimulating and achievable business plans and targets; Establishing and directing branch activities; Evaluating, delivering and monitoring relevant metrics for the branch to ensure business is properly controlled; financial reporting and risk management; Conducting presentations at manager meetings. About you The ideal candidate will have some previous experience managing, coaching and developing a team (ideally in recruitment) You should be motivated and be able to identify opportunities to grow your branch and implement strategic thinking. In addition, you should be comfortable with business development and recruitment and/or sales.
