The Purpose of the Role: The Ecommerce Manager, Northern Europe manages the implementation and adoption of best-in-class scalable Ecommerce capabilities, solutions and processes. You will partner closely with regional and local partners across Marketing, the ecommerce Customer team and IT to embed and operationalise capabilities within the business to drive ecommerce sales growth, deliver compelling shopping experiences, purchase intent, conversion and align with business and marketing objectives and strategies. You will act as a capability champion and advocate by driving awareness, educating and supporting the adoption and implementation of ecommerce Capabilities in Northern Europe across our consumer brands and as part of the Digital, Media and Scale team within Marketing. The Northern European Digital, Media & Scale Team is central to the Northern Europe marketing department, working across all brands and all six NE markets. They build and deploy expertise across the organisation, allowing the business to stay ahead in areas such as precision marketing and ecommerce. This role will report into the Senior Ecommerce Manager. As a global lead market in areas such as Ecommerce the role will have extensive interactions with both regional and global teams. Key roles & responsibilities: Pureplay media management: Amazon, THG, Feel Outstanding * Lead and craft the UK eCommerce strategy to drive media conversion and ROI across all J&J consumer brands * Solid understanding of Amazon advertising; search, DSP and Managed Display * Develop short and long term media strategies in line with NTS growth targets * Lead tentpole activations for eCommerce; Black Friday, Prime Day, NYNM. Ownership of driving T&L agenda, building frameworks and individual brand planning * Drive T&L agenda for UK in eCommerce space * Develop collaborative relationship with Amazon team Content * Lead ecommerce content excellence and creation for A+ content, optimised imagery, thumbnails and lifestyle content creation * Work closely with the region to cross-share learnings and scale UK content as a lead market * Develop and deliver training for wider teams to increase eCommerce base knowledge across; regulatory/medical, sales, etc. * Actively collaborate with commercial team to deliver growth targets across total GFOs to deliver overarching NTS targets * Drive key capabilities - path to purchase understanding, digital shelf, ratings and reviews, A+ retailer content and imagery, working alongside key partners and agencies * Support new business and scale opportunities: advancing Nordic capabilities, e-pharmacy and direct to consumer. * The key partner for ecommerce customer leads; expert called upon to present at key customer meetings to secure creative and ground-breaking opportunities * Develop ecommerce media strategy across brands including search strategies working alongside the Media agency. * Drive media conversion, with laser focus on value and optimisation. * Key lead on Channel integration and issues management within marketing, working closely with EMEA teams * Organise training for the brand teams on areas of ecommerce NeoStrata management * Strategic brand planning, JBP negotiations, content creation, P&L management Analytics * Offer advice to brand teams on how
