We seek a creative, curious and energetic marketing and project coordinator to join our growing team in the UK. To succeed in this role, you will have excellent time management and communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients alike. You have likely been working in a consulting firm or digital agency and understand that these roles can be demanding. But you like to challenge yourself and see that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the highest quality standards. Key activities Coordinating marketing and sales activities to support our growing UK presence * Provide support to the team to identify new business opportunities and deliver high quality tender submissions, pitch decks and proposals * Maintain and update a library of responses, case studies, images and related content for use in sales proposals, marketing collateral and award submissions * Assist in the coordination, monitoring and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across social, content, email, PPC, PR and events * Update website content, marketing and contact databases (currently Squarespace, WordPress, Salesforce and Mailchimp) Administrative support for client projects * Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information * Support the creation of relevant documentation such as proposals, SOWs and project plans * Update and monitor project plans and budgets using tools such as: Harvest, Trello, Forecast * Communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders and your colleagues * Work with project managers and team members to monitor progress and eliminate blockers * Analyse risks and opportunities * Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve * Help prepare budgets * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, contracts, plans and reports * Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests Requirements * Experience as a marketing assistant or project coordinator or assistant (preferably in a consulting firm or digital agency) * Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks within time constraints * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues * Possess or are willing to develop digital skills. This will include project management tools, communication tools, marketing automation software.
