Key responsibilities of this role will include: Provide HR administrative advice and guidance to UK and Ireland managers and employees of Bayer PLC, Cropscience and Bayer Ltd Coordinate and administer all aspects of employee lifecycle changes (leave of absence, deployment, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave and adoption), including advice letters, in liaison with payroll Coordination of sickness cases with the managers, Occupational Health and Payroll Support the HR Business Partners with administrative tasks eg: redundancy calculations, letters etc Look to continually improve local HR processes and amend policies and procedures as required. Full HR administration first point of ownership of a key HR Operations area - such as Car Fleet, Expenses, HR Systems & Processes Ensuring that this area is fully supported from an operations perspective; leading on administration of the policies; external partnerships; point of contact with Employees and managers as required. In addition supporting other HR Generalists to gain knowledge in this key area to ensure quality backup is in place To receive, own and respond to queries received from the HR inbox, or to escalate to Business Partners dependent on complexity Act as the team champion for a key HROPs topic by being fully conversant with the policies, process and systems and responsible for updating other generalist team members on this topic and to receive, own and respond to queries received in relation to this topic, liaising with external Vendors as required Perform Organisational changes in the SAP Organisation Management tool Support promotions falling outside the global promotion process Payroll input and cross team 4 eyes checking Maintenance of and reporting from the Mylearning tool Assist in the company benefits administration Support the annual merit and STI process, including data checking and manual Short Term Incentive calculations Key skills and experience required: Experience of working in HR within a complex international organisation Knowledge of HR processes Competent in the use of HR software eg SAP The ability to ensure deep ownership of a key HR process Your Application: At Bayer you have the opportunity to be part of a culture where we value the passion of our employees to innovate and give them the power to change.
