SUMMARY OF THE ROLE In this role, you will be instrumental in advising managers within various business areas on HR Operational questions and challenges to enable them to deliver against overall business goals, as well as supporting the wider HR Operations team. You will also be engaged to support current and short-terms activities and projects. Your main stakeholders will be our shared service centre - HR PSC, the wider HR Operations team and HR Centres of Excellence. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES * Provide data for the customer groups supported, in the form of dashboards and relevant Key Performance Indicators. * Understand culture, competencies, skills and performance needed in customer groups supported to support Assoc Dir HR Operations to deliver wider HR programs effectively. * Understand business priorities to support Assoc Dir HR Operations to align the organisation's structure, people capabilities, systems, process and culture in line with business goals. * Partner with managers to identify team and individual capability levels and gaps affecting performance, as well as coach managers on conversations about strengths, limitations, development needs and career aspirations. * Deliver, coach and train managers, new starters and transitioning employees in induction processes * Coach managers in addressing performance concerns and managing performance on an on-going basis. * Support delivery of learning interventions and programs by researching on specific topics * Coach managers in understanding and complying with ER policies and practices. Support resolving employee relations issues. * Engage in projects as required SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE * Understand change management from an HR perspective * Understand employment law and policies * Understand how HR technology can support delivery * Understand the principles of project management SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Experience of HR processes & employment policies * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal * Work collaboratively with colleagues * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Curious and seek out feedback * Organised and client focussed * Knowledge of WorkDay * Good communicator * Take responsibility for own development and seek out opportunities to develop as a professional MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION * Good experience in an HR function as generalist * CIPD level 5 preferred #LI-HS2 Join Us Making a positive impact on human health takes insight, curiosity, and intellectual courage.
