The Data Science Group applies machine learning and advanced AI technologies to solve complex business problems. We are looking for a passionate and creative Product & Partner Manager to further develop our global product and client engagement across our Markets and Securities Service Organization. This role will work closely with our business partners and technology teams to develop the future strategy for each product and ensure that we have full stakeholder engagement in piloting and fully developing solutions. Welcome to our London Innovation Lab! **Key Responsibilities:** + Work closely with the group's partners (internal Citi business units) to understand their business needs, quantify the value data science can add to the business and define concrete solutions which the group can provide to the business + Create new engagements and partnerships with additional businesses + Manage the project life cycle + Defining product requirements & specifications, user stories, personas + Define clear milestones - content and schedule + Guarantee & manage proper interface definition (API, services, UI) + Work closely with data scientists and developers to communicate client expectations + Track project deployments, collect feedback, and direct product contents + Manage 3rd party technology partners - requirement definition, quality and timely deliverables, integration + Become a leaders in delivering the group's story within Citi and the vision of data-science in general **Knowledge/Experience:** + **MUST** - Proven experience in delivering data science based projects and products + **MUST** - Prior work experience in the financial industry + **MUST** - At least 2 years of experience in Product Management role + Demonstrated experience of delivering new products and product enhancements in the financial sector + Hands-On experience in working with 3rd party-Vendors including technology trials, Q&A, systems performance analysis, KPI tracking, etc. + Working in a multinational corporation, especially a bank, is a great plus **Skills:** + Ability to deeply empathize with end users and incorporate learning into system design specifications at all stages of the development life-cycle. + Excellent communication skills- ability to explain complex requirements in simple words.
