Job Description
Nursing Home Manager - Elderly Nursing Home Staffordshire £50,000 - £55,000 Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced nurse qualified home manager for a large elderly nursing home in Leek, Staffordshire. The home is owned by a small organisation who have a strong reputation for delivering high quality nursing and residential care to elderly frail and EMI residents. This small group own a number of nursing and residential care homes and they are looking for a new dynamic and driven home manager to join their team. The nursing home is based in Staffordshire and is of a large service catering for elderly frail and dementia nursing residents. The client are looking for a home manager who has a strong grasp on how to manage a nursing home as a business as well as a clinical service. We are looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experiences:- * Active NMC - Qualified RGN or RMN * Registered Managers Award / NVQ Level 4 or the equivalent to become CQC Registered * Previous Nursing Home Management experience * Evidence that you understand the business management of a nursing home * Excellent knowledge of CQC and National Minimum Care Standards We are seeking a strong manager who is able to maintain on the homes success whilst continuing improvements.
