Overview
A client of Morgan Hunt are looking for a Neighbourhood Officer to manage a patch of properties in North London You will be part of a team of Neighbourhood Officer(s) responsible for: To deliver a responsive customer focused tenancy management service to residents and prospective residents. To promote awareness of the opportunity and the benefits of tenant and leaseholder involvement, actively seek their views where required using appropriate communication methods. Be a visible presence within the community and liaise with colleagues, partners and other agencies to improve neighbourhoods in the North London area. The successful candidate for the role of a Neighbourhood Officer should have: Ability to oversee an excellent standard of estate management and ensure grounds maintenance, estate cleanliness and health and safety issues are addressed. Ability to work constructively with resident groups and involve residents in the management of estates. Ability to work positively and constructively with a range of agencies and stakeholders to achieve outcomes for residents.
