Job Description Supporting the full marketing team to take responsibility for the meeting matrix, ensuring that the right meetings are taking place with the right attendees and meeting actions are captured, circulated and followed up to ensure that plans are activated Take responsibility for compiling regular briefing notes to ensure all marketing activities are communicated in a clear and timely manner to the wider operations team Create weekly marketing overview to ensure key senior stakeholders have visibility of activity at any time Undertake regular competitor reviews and communicate findings to wider marketing teams to ensure learnings are fed into marketing plans Take responsibility for the administration around managing the marketing budgets on a day to day basis to ensure all costs are processed correctly Take responsibility for collating all local marketing activity provided by ROMs and feed into the campaign planning manager to ensure we have a full view of all activity at all times to ensure robust measurement of national results Create clear visual merchandise guides for the retail venues which ensures the right messages are communicated to the right customers at the right point in venue Support Marketing Manager to embed the local marketing processes into the wider team to ensure that local teams clearly understand the vision, process and tools available to them to develop and execute plans at a local level Supporting the full marketing teams where additional resource is required on specific projects or events Act as a key point of contact for retail ops teams to ensure all website content is up to date and correct Qualifications Experience in a similar supporting role Like to have a wide knowledge of media channels Experience of local and hyper local marketing activities and planning Experience of cascading information in a succinct way to wider teams Highly organized, process driven person Strong influencing skills Confident to deal with people across all levels of the organization Strong personality to keep the wider team on track against deadlines
