Job Description

Our client is looking for a Bodyshop Manager who can estimate and control work flow. In this role you will work to targets, recruit and develop staff, liaise with insurance company representatives, manage costs, resolve complaints and liaise/develop rapport with insurance companies/work providers. This is a fast paced environment where you will actively need to be 'all over' the site. Being Audatex accredited is preferred but not essential. As a Bodyshop Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the day to day running of a busy Bodyshop. You will communicate directly with customers in respect of complaints and satisfactorily resolve the situation. You will be responsible for the parts personnel, estimators and workshop staff in addition to non-direct labour. Furthermore, you will be required to head up the production meeting and produce and control daily lists whilst ensuring all branch audits and compliance are followed (BSI, HSE etc). Personal qualities include being: * Adaptable. * Hands on. * Calm. * Flexible. * Organised.
