What you'll do The eCommerce Digital Marketing Manager will play an important role within the Digital Marketing and eCommerce team, quickly understanding, managing and supporting initiatives that contribute to our key objectives for customer acquisition, engagement and retention. The successful candidate will be accountable for designing and implementing omnichannel campaigns that deliver a personalised customer experience, driving eCommerce revenue and profitability. You'll be experienced and have a thorough understanding of technical and creative aspects of digital marketing across multiple channels. You'll be able to monitor and report on the performance of specific programs, using a variety of tools and be able to identify and implement opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): + Drive, monitor & refine omni-channel marketing strategy that drives eCommerce success in our key customer segments + Collaborate with multiple partners, whilst designing & analyzing results of the omni-channel strategy. + Partner with Data Analytics team to translate data into actionable insights and campaign plans; effectively communicating the subsequent business impact + Educate the wider marketing organisation on the essentials of digital marketing and personalisation and how to measure outcome/impact. + Be ahead of the curve in the applications of digital marketing and personalisation to support customer acquisition, conversion and retention to drive revenue and improve profitability. Who you are + Data-led marketer with extensive experience in digital marketing, product marketing or related field + Knowledgeable about and comfortable with a range digital tools including PPC, Marketing automation, personalisation, web analytics packages, in either a B2B or B2C environment + Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams. + A high degree of self-motivation. + Proven ability to train and teach others. + Influencing skills - ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence. + Knowledge of Life Sciences customer markets + Experience in supporting a commercial organization. + Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities and undertake challenging tasks and/or global projects.
