Job Description
The Role Due to continued growth and a number of new project wins, Fluid Digital is looking for an organised, highly motivated and driven Ecommerce Account Manager. You will become an integral part of an energetic and forward thinking client services team who always puts the client first. Your main priority will be to work with the key stakeholders of online retailers to create growth strategies and development roadmaps which you will then project manage and deliver. The right candidate will be someone who is constantly thinking of new ideas to improve our clients websites to expedite their online growth. You will be your clients main contact at Fluid and will form strong long lasting relationships with them as well as managing and prioritising the client's workflow on a daily basis. We design and build online stores using the power of Magento and Shopify combined with straight-forward, proactive advice and support, alongside a range of specialised ecommerce marketing strategies to increase sales and drive high-growth.. Requirements Skills required * 3 years minimum digital account, project or ecommerce management experience with a digital agency or online retailer * Magento and/or Shopify experience or similar ecommerce platforms * Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and face-to-face as well as the ability to communicate technical problems to non technical people * Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills * Project Management experience * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines * Ability to prioritise own workload as well as the workload of others * Self motivation and commercial acumen * An understanding on online marketing Main Responsibilities * Identify client key stakeholders and decision makers to build solid and long lasting relationships and to ensure clients business needs are being catered for at all levels * Proactively identifying ecommerce growth opportunities for your clients and implement these into a development roadmap * Gather detailed requirements for project / tasks and translate these into a functional specification * Manage and prioritise the workloads of multiple developers and designers * Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell Fluid Digital services * Work in collaboration with our performance marketing team to ensure client growth * Carry out regular client calls as well as monthly or quarterly meetings as required * Ensure the delivery of monthly retainer reports * Negotiate business contract renewals * Support new business pitches and processes Benefits * Competitive Salary DoE * Contributed pension scheme * 23 days Holiday Allowance + bank holidays * Flexible working environment * Work from home policy * Nights out and award ceremonies - when lockdown ends! * Ecommerce specific training courses including Magento and Shopify ***** NO RECRUITERS *****
