About the Role: Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key beauty brand partners * Negotiating optimum trading terms with new and existing suppliers * Developing promotional plans and obtaining optimal space onsite, on emails and through affiliate partners * Completing regular competitor analysis to ensure our ranges and prices are in line with the current market * Support brands to grow with us by working collaboratively across multiple functions to build market leading joint business plans * Understand beauty trends and incorporate understandings into business strategy * Management of the wider team and ensuring their continued development Requirements * Experience working in a senior level sales, account management or recruitment role * An excellent relationship builder who builds rapport with ease - a 'people person' * A commercial thinker - always thinking about the numbers * Strong negotiation skills * Demonstrate a track record for successful management of account relationships * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits * Competitive salary * Company bonus scheme * Company pension scheme * Onsite Doctor * Employee discounts
