Job Description
Ready to take your compliance career in a new direction? We are looking for a compliance leader who specializes in AML/CFT risk management to join the Risk and Compliance Services (RCS) Team. . We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated experience in financial services risk management, and specifically in the management of KYC and AML risk. You will work directly with Technology teams, RCS Sr. Compliance program managers, legal, and drive global compliance initiatives across global site operations teams, with engagement form the broader RCS organization. Core Responsibilities: Serve as a compliance and risk SME, partnering with compliance program, operations, and legal teams to mitigate KYC and AML risk Own global investigation processes, SOPs, and investigative tool requirements and ope rationalization of changes in the above Standardize and rationalize global processes, provide process requirements to influence product, technical, operations teams to implement controls to meet regulatory requirements and contractual obligations Serve as Compliance owner of operational and site requirements for global compliance teams Promote a culture of compliance, proactively engaging with on-site partner teams to drive higher quality investigations and reinforce AML concepts Leverage industry awareness and risk management expertise to optimize the design of AML compliance operations to both meet our customer experience bar and effectively address compliance risk Set and balance individual goals to be contributory to department and organizational goals, actively participating in headcount planning.
