Join us!** Department Overview: Human Resources Compliance (HRC) is a part of Salesforce's Global Labor & Employment team within Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA). The HRC team supports Salesforce's #1 value of Trust-- we help to protect the Company and our employees and to enable rapid growth. HRC partners closely with key internal business partners--Employee Success (HR), Payroll, Legal, Business Technology, as well as other compliance teams-- to proactively identify and prioritize HR-related risks globally; to help the business design and operationalize mitigation efforts; and to monitor and audit controls. Position Overview **The global HRC environment is rapidly evolving, and Salesforce is a highly innovative, fast-paced, growing company. We are looking to fill a new role with an innovative, detail-oriented, process-oriented HR Compliance Manager or Sr. Manager ("Manager") to help grow and scale our global HRC program. The Manager will be the 5th member of the team and the second HRC team member in EMEA. They will report to the HRC Sr. Director based in San Francisco, CA.** **While this role will be based in EMEA and focused on that region, the Manager will need to have a global mindset-- understanding country, regional and local differences and requirements. This role will help strengthen our HRC environment by partnering with teams around the world to help build and test compliant business processes consistent with our focus on employee experience. They will need to build strong cross-functional relationships and be keenly focused on how we enable compliant business practices. The Manager will need to be comfortable continuously flexing in the face of the constantly changing external and internal environment, running with the pace of the business and delivering on multiple simultaneous priorities.** Your Impact (Roles & Responsibilities) The Manager will have substantial experience and subject matter expertise in global HR-related compliance and/or employment law and process improvement and/or project management. **This hire will have a passion for deeply understanding the complexities of compliance requirements, helping distill them into layman's terms, conducting gap analyses and translating them into system requirements. They will bring rigor, precision, attention to detail and efficiency in all that they do, driving projects from start to finish, delivering excellent timely work product, communicating openly and transparently with senior and junior colleagues, and working collaboratively within a small team and with a vast array of business partners across the globe. The Manager will work across time zones, geography and topics.
