Nightshift HGV Technician

Job Description
Scope Personnel are happy to be recruiting on behalf of our busy client for a HGV Technician to work a Nightshift. The successful applicant must be enthusiastic, reliable and hard working with both skill and experience working on HGVs and will be expected to work to a consistently high quality in everything they do. The role will require you to work 4 on 4 off nights 18:00pm - 06:00am. Duties include: * Inspection and repair of vehicles to DVSA standards including MOT preparation and presentation to test; * Fault diagnosis including the use of specialist market leading diagnostic equipment; * General mechanical and electrical repairs; * Offsite working, including breakdown attendance; and * A focus on customer service and a dedication to keeping our customer's vehicles on the road and minimising downtime The hourly rate is negotiable, but is in the region of £17ph - £18ph with an additional £12 shift allowance for every shift that is worked.
