Job Description
Are you an experienced Modular Build Site Manager with both production and delivery experience? If so, we have just the position for you! Our client is specialist Modular Build installation company working with the leading Main Contractors in this space. Having recently secured a new contract to fit out and deliver 500 x residential units per annum, they have asked us to supply them with a Production Manager to ensure the highest quality standards are met in the factory during production and onsite during delivery. Production Manager Responsibilities: - Overseeing the production / fit out of complex Mechanical and Electrical systems in a live, factory environment. - Design input, value engineering any solutions so that they are more practical / effcient. - Looking at and improving production process. - Ensuring company policies & procedures with a strong focus on Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Wellbeing are maintained at all times. - Establishing / improving / implementing contingency plans to minimise disruption and mitigate risk. - Performing root cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities so that can output can be scaled.and resolve problems - Risk assessments and reporting. - Managing the operatives working in the production environment and making sure the Delivery Team maintain the same quality standards when on site. Production Manager Experience: - Minimum 3 years Modular Build project experience. - Production / Delivery experience. - CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS certification. - Strong IT / reporting skills.
