Aviation Production Controller

Production Controller - Aviation / Aerospace Exciting new challenge for an experienced production controller to take on a multifaceted role with an established aviation MRO. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager, as you oversee the full production lifecycle from customer order, material supply, inventory management, production progress through to customer delivery. Utilising your expert organisational and problem-solving skills, you will work to ensure that production schedules are realistic, appropriately managed and timescales adhered to. Tasks include: Material control, including the development of internal processes relating to this. Identifying and analysing any bottlenecks and areas where improvements can be made to efficiencies in time and budget. Devising and implementing strategies to improve processes and efficiencies. Compilation and preparation of production reports, progress, issues and inventory costs. Liaising with internal departments on all production related matters, including NPI projects. The successful candidate will be able to evidence their proficiency in implementing planning / process improvements. Ideally, they will also have experience in a similar role within an MRO environment. This is a permanent, full time role. HRGO are a recruitment agency supporting the Aviation and Aerospace Industry.
