Job Description
Were WhiteHat. A tech start up on a mission to create an outstanding alternative to university. By delivering training in partnership with world-class content providers, through a combination of 1:1 coaching and cutting-edge tech, we offer apprenticeships that genuinely rival the learning experience at elite universities. Were currently looking for a Data Coach to help deliver our Data Analyst apprenticeship programme. Youll work closely with General Assembly, our content partner, to deliver a mixture of small group workshops and one to one sessions. Youll be getting stuck into delivering to your own cohort of apprentices, ensuring they develop into highly successful, data-literate professionals, whilst working with the data coaching team at WhiteHat to help iterate and further build the data analyst programme. If you are an experienced and passionate data analyst/data scientist, who is excited by helping to develop and nurture the next generation, then this will be the perfect role for you. Requirements * A strong data and analytics background and knowledge * Core experience in major analytics packages and ideally knowledge across one or more programming language * Either experience in teaching, coaching or mentoring staff - or a strong desire to develop your career in this way * Ability to articulate complex ideas in a way which is accessible to young apprentices * Great hustle - we are a startup business with big ambitions, so we are looking for people who are excited to be part of the journey Benefits Apart from working with a smart, passionate and highly motivated team on a mission you care about, you will also get * Equity.
