* Litigation Solicitor * In house role * Competitive salary * Full Time, Permanent * Liverpool My Client is looking for a litigation solicitor to join their In-House Team in Liverpool. Current need is for an experienced Litigator/Solicitor although all applications with a good grounding of litigation will be considered. Required Experience: * Chasing bad debt * Issuing LBA's * Witness statements * Attending Court * Dealing with the Financial Ombudsman. You must be a good Litigator and have a passion for it going forward. Salary is entirely dependant on your level of experience and ability. The ideal litigation Solicitor will be ambitious, technically strong and will be looking for equal helpings of challenge and reward in their next move.
