Financial Litigation Solicitor (PI Retrain)
Overview
A well established and rapidly expanding specialist practice in the city centre of Liverpool is looking for a confident and experienced personal injury litigator to retrain into dealing with financial litigation matters. You will be working within a close-knit team dealing with your own portfolio of claims which will be predominantly litigated financial litigation matters, including mis-sold mortgages, SIIPS, mis-sold private pensions etc. on behalf of an array of clients. You will have a solid background in dealing with litigated matters, whether that be RTA or EL/PL, and will have seen a claim through its full cycle. The department as a whole is renowned for providing its clients with the highest level of service. The team is made up of experienced solicitors and fee earners who will be on hand to provide on-going support and training. Training will be given as it is a retrain role, but it is essential that you have litigation experience and can demonstrate a sound knowledge of the litigation process. On offer for this financial litigation solicitor role will be a competitive salary, in line with your PQE and experience (PQE is from NQ), along with full benefits including a bonus scheme.
