You can expect to be working on behalf of a broad range of clients including landlords, developers, local authorities and public sector bodies. On a day to day basis you will be working on dilapidations, break notices, land registration disputes, possession claims, rent recovery, service charge issues, restrictive covenants and property related insolvency matters. THE CANDIDATE: We are looking for talented and ambitious solicitors with a proven track record in property litigation law gained in another leading national or regional law firm. You will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and advocacy skills, as well as an aptitude for developing fruitful working relationships with clients as well as fellow team members.
