At Inspire North and Central Lancashire, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Bay Team as an Outreach and Harm Reduction Health Care Assistant. We are looking for someone enthusiastic and committed to supporting individuals affected by drugs and/or alcohol; striving to reduce drug and alcohol related harm to individuals, families and communities, as well as promoting healthier lifestyles and empowering service users to improve their own health and wellbeing. As an Outreach and Harm Reduction Health Care Assistant you will work alongside our nurses and the wider team to undertake healthcare assessments, needle exchange, onward signposting and referrals, as well as being comprehensively trained to conduct BBV screening and Hepatitis B vaccinations.
