We have an exciting opportunity to join the Dudley Adult Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service in delivering high quality, responsive recovery focused interventions as a recovery coordinator across Dudley. Whilst working for Change, Grow, Live you will be completing your Health and Social Care Advanced Apprenticeship Framework and will be achieving the following qualifications: + Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care We instil the aspiration that everyone can change, and we don't want people to depend on us any longer than they have to. Change, Grow, Live works in partnership with service users to help them identify and achieve their goals Change, Grow, Live is a health and social care charity working with individuals, families and communities across England and Wales that are affected by drugs, alcohol, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse, and antisocial behaviour. Our projects, delivered in communities and prisons, encourage and empower people to regain control of their lives and motivate them to tackle their problems Working in partnership with our Learning Provider, the programme will support Apprentices to excel in their roles, be confident, effective and fully integrated members of the team. A comprehensive induction to Change, Grow, Live in-house and Provider led core training, specific to the client group with which you will be working will be provided. You will work in facilitating groups, conducting assessments and assisting in open access. You may assist in an assertive outreach capacity in the community and also work with a range of agencies in the field. Working week (37.5 hours): You will be required to work flexibly across operational sites as required to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision. As required this will include some flexibility in working hours including evenings and weekends Type of contract: 18 month fixed term Support with your studies: You will be appointed a Mentor, form the experienced staff within the Project to help support your overall programme. 2 days per month will be provided for dedicated study time.
