Job Description
* Debt Recovery Legal Executive / Paralegal / Solicitor * Liverpool * Competitive Salary depending on expereince * In House Role My Client is on the lookout for a new Debt Recovery Solicitor / Paralegal/ Legal Executive to join their friendly In House team. This is a brand new role and my client is looking for someone to soley take responsibility of all aspects of debt recovery and litigation therefore you must be confident and have previous litigation experience. This role also includes dealing with complaints, liaising with customers and external companies. Experience: * A minimum 2:1 Law Degree * Preferably prior debt recovery experience * Preferably experience in a legal setting * Be able to work alone and manage your own caseload * Excellent communication skills * Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines Responsibilities include: * Issuing LBA's * Liaising with customers * Drafting court documents * Making applications for summary judgements * Attending court * Responding to complaints - including drafting final response letters
