YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS * Extensive experience in industry progressing through to senior leadership * Hands on approach - Creating recipe and taking into plant * The roles require a high level of technical leadership and a 'make it happen' attitude. The Innovation roles will deliver projects from concept to launch, driving the growth and relevance of our brands. The Network Optimisation and Cost roles will partner with Supply Chain to continually improve the efficiency and cost base of our manufacturing facilities. * At Kellogg's we want self-motivated people who are passionate about food to help us grow our business and build on our successful heritage. To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following: Required: * Hold a degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent * Experience in end to end - Brief to Launch * Theoretical technical knowledge of food development * Passion for creative product development and industrial experience in the food sector * Prepared to travel nationally and internationally * Strong leaders who can influence with a strategic mind-set and understand business goals *
