About the role As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a CRM Specialist to join us. Responsibilities include: * Developing new lifecycles to engage users we are not currently targeting * Manage and optimise current CRM lifecycles * Reporting and in depth analysis on effectiveness of lifecycles * A/B testing cycles to maximise on ROI * Using and segmenting data to create the lifecycles Requirements Wed really like to hear from you, if you have... * 2-3 years experience in a CRM Lifecycle based position * Confident in reporting & analytics * Ability to communicate at all levels up to Stakeholders * Previously worked with BI & Data Teams * Has multi-channel experience Benefits Life at Student Beans We are passionate about our mission to empower students to thrive and believe our success is only due to our fantastic team, their different backgrounds, experiences and beliefs.
