Scope Personnel is currently looking to recruit a Aftersales Advisor for a Prestige Dealership in the Liverpool area. The Role Working as part of our Aftersales team, we are looking for passionate individual with the ability to develop and maintain excellent and personalized customer relations by not only meeting their needs but exceeding their expectations by playing a crucial role helping drive business forward. Able to work in a busy environment, prioritise workloads, and be able to work as part of a team. Previous experience is essential and a manufacturers training program with an industry recognised qualification will form part of the training alongside in house ongoing support. What does the role involve? * Responding positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs * Advise a recommended course of action and accurately invoice for work carried out * Ensure customers are fully informed of all available extras, accessories and value products maximising the opportunity to up sell * Ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advising the customer as necessary. * Answering customers' questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs in a manner that is easily understood and without excessive technical jargon * Checking all documents for accurate completion, maintaining all customer record files and job cards on a daily basis and storing records logically for ease of retrieval. * Have good mechanical awareness & understanding of cars & parts. * Liaising with Aftersales manager & Workshop Controller to ensure workshop loading suits diary bookings * Ensuring service bookings and appointments are managed efficiently * Establishing customers drop off and collection requirements or arranging alternative transport where necessary What do you need to succeed in this role? * Full UK drivers license * Background in customer service, sales and an interest in the automotive industry * Great organization/admin skills and experience using computer systems * Upselling experience as well as being comfortable in fast-paced environment * Able to maintain customer service levels whilst meeting KPI's and deadlines. * Minimum of 2 years Main Dealer Experience Required To apply for this role please submit your CV and then call 0151 541 5900 and ask for Kate
