Operations Transformation Manager We're hiring! * * Aon are currently recruiting an Operations Transformation Manager to join our team. This role sits within our Health and Benefits Team and is home based - virtual. The Operations Transformation Manager will be primarily responsible for the design of future state models to fulfil business, policy and governance requirements in addition to reviewing current governance, systems, processes and data production Vs future state requirements. About the Role Your impact as an Operations Transformation Manager; Design new system architecture, operational processes and MI suits, including; Working Capital Inc. Revenue Recognition policy. Data Management to support Health & Benefits to fulfil ongoing regulatory requirement such as GDPR and SMCR management and increase productivity. AUKL integration policy compliance requirements and ongoing supporting control/ assurance. Audit related control assurance as required. Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. About you Your knowledge and expertise: Project and/or change management qualifications Experience of automation and lean process management implementations Good understanding of policy and governance frameworks within a large corporate environment Project management and co-ordination expertise Data configuration and manipulation skills (i.e. Excel) Business Analysis General system experience such as Tableau, SharePoint, ClickView, WorkDay, 1st Software Highly effective communication and influencing skills Excellent organisational and co-ordination abilities Good understanding of revenue recognition processes Salary and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
