We're looking for a Solutions Architect, RPO & MSP (flexible location) your typical day includes developing and delivering Randstad Sourceright EMEA's design of both permanent and contingent workforce solutions (MSP/RPO/Talent acquisition) to secure new business wins and retain key customers. This is a key strategic role that will drive the development of Randstad Sourceright EMEA and its vision to be the market leading MSP/RPO organization globally. In order to achieve this aim, this role will focus on our target of winning engagements globally, regionally and in key individual EMEA countries. Typical clients will have between 20m and 500m in spend under management for MSP and be 400+ hires per year in some of the world's leading employer brands. your focus will be to + Proactively partner with sales/account management in creating the solution strategy and roadmap for qualified customers resulting in creating new business, expanding and retaining customers + Lead customer workshops, bringing creative thinking, sensitivity and agility to solve their talent challenges which in turn advance the commercial process + Build effective relationships with key stakeholders who are influencers in the overall solution strategy and decision to choose RSR as their trusted partner + Directly be responsible for designing and documenting the end-to-end solution in close partnership with the commercial lead and customer stakeholders - this covers: requirements analysis, solution scope and design, resource alignment, proposed delivery source mix, attraction strategy, technology stack, commercial modeling and recommendations on any risks/assumptions made throughout the engagement + Manage the interaction with sales/account management, the solution design community (for enterprise global deals), implementation, operations, technology, legal, HR and commercial finance to arrive at the right solution to meet the customer objectives + Support the process and timetable for bid/proposal submissions including sign-off for the proposed solution + Attend and present at external and internal meetings as well as formal customer presentations necessary to advance business development in the EMEA region + Be a member of the Randstad Enterprise Group global solution design community, contributing to activities which advance best practice sharing, innovation and education in ways to accelerate solution design + Build up expertise in RPO/MSP solutions with a forward looking view towards total talent solutions + Keep engaged with industry developments and advancements which will evolve solution design and create value differentiation what you will need + Proven in depth knowledge of MSP / RPO sector within a sales and/or operations environment + Ability to design an MSP/RPO/SOW and specialist recruiting solutions from scope to deployment + Experience of working with multi-layered (matrix) sales/accounts management/ implementations/ operations teams on the bid process + Experience with design thinking and agile methodologies + Experience of recruitment and contingent workforce solutions with a variety of complex and international components/modules/interfaces including recruitment technologies (e.g. VMS / ATS) + Working knowledge of VMS/ATS/HR technology platforms practical user interfaces/capabilities + Strategic thinker with proficient business English, written and oral communications skills + Highly analytical and numerate with a strong understanding of resourcing calculations and commercial drivers + Collaborates well in a team environment both virtual and physical and can develop warm stakeholder relationships + Positive, professional, with ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and environment + Project management skills + Willingness to travel within EMEA (for presentations, workshops...) it's also nice to have + A second language ideally German or Dutch why we love what we do and we think you will, too: + we are recognized as an industry leader that invests in its people, solutions, innovation and capabilities to drive business and client success - this makes us a star performer on the Everest Group PEAK matrices + our leaders are inspirin
