Role: Global Solution Strategist Location: London ROLE MISSION As the Global Solution Strategist, it will be your responsibility to design and structure the best possible solution for delivering a client's marketing needs. THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF... You are at management or director level and looking for the next step in your career. You will be someone with gravitas with clients and understand and translate prospects into bespoke solutions. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE * Generatesinsights on what the prospect is looking for; sometimes better than the prospect itself * Aggregates information from sales teams, internal and external experts, primary and secondary research and from the prospect itself * Leads the development of novelsolutions * Meeting the prospects stated and implied needs to help give us an advantage * Catalyst for change with regards to assumptions made and working with them to create caveats to minimize structure, overhead and cost * Briefs and guides the Delivery and Commercial teams onscoping andcosting * Provides sanity check on the number of people, budget, timing, etc. * Shepherdsopportunity throughout the sales lifecycle * Ensuring solution integrity at every stage from RFI through to an orderly handoff to the Implementation and Account teams * Can help shape the pursuit from the start WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL * 10+ years of consultancy and/or marketing strategy experience across integrated channels (ALT, Digital, CRM, Social and Content) * Business development experience; M&A experience would be a plus * Client facing experience where you are often the most senior member of the agency. * People management experience * Experience introducing or building organisational capability. * Ability to think differently and come up with custom solutions to unique problems. * Engaging communicator, to all levels of stakeholders with both prospects and within own organisation. * Track record of "adding Step Change Revenue Growth, sustainable bottom line value or strong Return on Investment to brands".
