Do you enjoy interfacing with teams around the globe? As Corporate Counsel, Real Estate, you will work with Amazon's existing real estate attorneys to lease, acquire, build, launch, and manage Amazon facilities supporting our operations businesses throughout Europe. The position could be based in either London or Amazon's European headquarters in the vibrant city of Luxembourg. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is a diverse and multicultural country located in the heart of Europe, bordered by France, Belgium, and Germany, with a total population of around half a million. The responsibilities of the Corporate Counsel will include: Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and counseling on a broad range of commercial transactions related to the acquisition/disposition, leasing, development, and construction of properties, and property management issues relating to Amazon's real estate portfolio, particularly within the UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy; and Providing day-to-day business and legal counseling, identifying opportunities for and implementing process improvements, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
