Travel Team Leader/Team Supervisor - Netflix Account Full time role (37.5 hour) week - London based working at the Netflix Implant, just off Tottenham Court Road in an iconic building in trendy Fitzrovia. Weekend/public holiday work will be required. There may be a requirement to provide occasional out of hours support so a flexible approach to working hours is needed. You'll be working for Netflix, the world's leading streaming service. With an operation that covers 190 countries and that's transformed so many lives, you'll have excellent travel knowledge with proven experience in publicity or production travel. You'll be dynamic, flexible with both your hours of work and work location and be passionate about providing first-class customer service as you move your travellers around the globe. It is time to make your move now and apply! As a Senior Business Travel Consultant, you will confidently offer expert guidance and be keen to share your knowledge. You will want to assist our clients to perfect their travel plans. You will be calm and reassuring and no challenge will be too much trouble. You will be able to offer hints and suggestions and will enjoy making recommendations. This could be for a great place to stay, the best seat onboard, the latest special offers, or just ways to make their journey run more smoothly. And of course, you'll help our clients travel within their company policy wherever possible and immerse yourself in the Netflix culture. Your focus will be: * Monitoring team workload and performance and ensuring high level of service is provided * Supporting the Operations Manager * Frequent creation of performance data reports. * Motivating and supporting the team * Driving operational service, quality and efficiencies * Monitoring Policy adherence / Quality Control * Dealing with client feedback in a calm and professional manner * Dealing with VIP clients * Travel Consultant training Your profile: * Highly effective oral and written communication skills * Experience in travel industry * Thorough knowledge of travel related back office systems and Sabre GDS * Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word and Excel * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Excellent leadership and motivational skills * GTMC Certification at supervisory level * Must be calm, professional and level headed.
