Description Senior Carer - Bognor Regis/Chichester Full time contract - 19,500 per annum (35 hours a week) Based on a 2 week rolling rota, including every other weekend. You will be working a combination of shifts ie. 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 10pm Opportunity to earn more with over-time and on call duties. Experience in care is required for this role Requirements As a Senior Care Assistant you will have the satisfaction of helping our Customers in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible and making a real difference to their day to day lives. You may be offering companionship, personal care, medication along with shopping a little housework or helping our Customers go out in the community. Skills you should possess for the Care Assistant role: * Candidates must be passionate about caring and willing to develop their skills further * You must be friendly and supportive toward vulnerable adults. * Reliable and flexible * You must have excellent communications skills and the ability to build relationships with those we support and those around them * Ability to be patient and keep calm under pressure * Understanding the responsibility * Car Driver Benefits * Career development opportunities * NVQs in health and social care.
