Mail Our CareAngels play a vital role in enabling our clients to live independently at home, so It's no surprise that we seek dedicated, enthusiastic people who have a passion for care. Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Full Time Senior CareAngel in Chichester. The role of the Senior Carers is to support the Area Care Manager in the field and in the office, including 'out of hours' on-call duties. You will ensure we are meeting clients' needs by delivering a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led service. In addition, you will be supporting our CareAngels to ensure they are living to our brand values: compassionate, professional, reliable, quality and friendly. Your duties will include but are not limited to: * Care visits * CareAngel competency assessments * CareAngel 1-2-1s * Cell Team Management * Supporting the Office Team * Client reassessments This is a full time salaried position, earning yourself 21,840 per year working 40 hours flexibly between the hours of 07.00 and 22.00. You will be required to work alternate weekends. * A Driving Licence and access to your own transport is essential * Care Certificate and NVQ 3 in Care (or working towards) is desirable.
