Overview
Experienced Senior Nurse Needed Are you a dedicated, ambitious and resilient Senior Nurse with a strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care then we want to hear from you. Our home needs a great Senior Nurse to continue the excellent Dementia care we deliver. You will be working with an excellent team that deliver the best standard of care to residents in bespoke and beautiful surroundings. Salary up to £20ph doe with excellent benefits You don't need to be told how to do your job, but we do need to ensure you are the following - Registered Nurse (RGN) Great understanding of Dementia Mentoring or supervision qualification. Experience of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments Up to date clinical practices. Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs /MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You should be a natural leader and problem solver Have experience of working with older people and acted as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
