Support Worker - Taplow, Maidenhead 9.93ph - Full and Part Time hours available The Huntercombe Group are looking for Support Worker's with a caring and compassionate nature, to support our patients and medical team in our Maidenhead hospital. This site focuses on young adults aged between 12-18 with eating disorders and mental health conditions. Providing support is an essential role to help our patients fulfil their daily routines and activities and achieve their goals. You will work closely with our patients observing and reporting changes or incidences that might affect their physical and mental wellbeing. You will have an awareness of their care plan and individual needs, enabling you to adapt your approach and support. To succeed as a Support Worker, you do not need specific qualifications or experience , but a dedicated, empathetic approach, with strong communication skills and a sensitive outlook towards the needs of others.
